By submitting the enrollment form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, the account holder (or authorized representative) of your electric utility account, and a resident of a state where AEG operates a community solar program (currently Maine and New York).

2. No purchase obligation

Submitting the form does not create a binding contract. An AEG representative will contact you to verify eligibility and complete a signed enrollment agreement separately. You may decline to proceed at any point before signing.

3. Communications consent (TCPA)

When you tick the consent box, you authorize AEG to contact you by automated phone dialing, prerecorded voice, SMS, or email about your enrollment. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or emailing optout@the-aegroup.com.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information. Submitting fraudulent data may result in cancellation of your enrollment without notice.

5. Service description

AEG markets community-solar programs operated by third-party generators in partnership with your local utility. AEG does not own the panels and does not control utility billing. Your savings, billing details, and final program terms are governed by the enrollment agreement you sign with the program operator.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The form and CRM are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AEG does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEG disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event will AEG be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this form or the resulting enrollment.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where AEG is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect any revision. Continuing to use the form after a change means you accept the new Terms.
